About this role

Lead a team of engineers and scientists for delivery of technical design work on complex multi-disciplinary reservoir and hydraulic structures projects
Manage production, reviewing, and approving technical deliverables such as design reports, drawings, calculations, and scopes of work
Provide Technical Leadership within discipline for the D&AT practice
Work independently with guidance in only the most challenging situations
Advise client, operational, project, or service activities within project teams

A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Chartered Civil Engineer
Panel Engineer (or working towards becoming a Panel Engineer)
Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering design delivery for a design consultancy including within a multi-disciplinary environment
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and broad expertise in dams, reservoirs and hydraulic structures engineering
Expert knowledge of current design codes and standards as well as industry best practices
Experience in the Water market is essential
