Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for China, in alignment with the overall global sales strategy
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and define sales targets
Lead and manage a sales team in China, providing clear guidance, coaching, and support
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and foster a high-performance driven culture
Monitor sales performance in China, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to the APAC Business Director
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion in China
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in China market
Collaborate with the Senior Director and finance team to develop sales forecasts and budgets for China market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with chemistry, material science, or engineering or commercial related degree is preferred
3 years of films, injection molding, surface treatment on plastics working experience in technical background would be a plus
Need to be very GOOD in English and Chinese in reading, writing and speaking
With Japanese could be a significant plus.
