About this role
Role Overview
Management of third-party contracts, including review and monitoring of cleaning, security and building maintenance contracts.
Infrastructure planning, proposing improvements to physical environments, office layouts and adjustments according to demand.
Management of infrastructure projects, supporting renovations, layout changes and installation of new equipment.
Monitoring the annual budget, controlling operational costs and investments in infrastructure, equipment and services.
Oversight of Facilities service payments, averaging 75 payments per month.
Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, hydraulic, HVAC systems and elevators, in addition to handling service requests.
Access control and physical security management, ensuring proper operation of entry systems, cameras, alarms and security protocols.
Management of cleaning and upkeep, ensuring clean, organized and safe environments for employees and visitors.
Waste management and sustainability, implementing proper disposal, recycling and resource consumption reduction practices.
Interface with areas such as HR, IT and Finance to align actions involving physical changes, internal events and compliance.
Data analysis, preparation of reports and performance dashboards.
Support for the environmental pillar of ESG and regulatory topics.
Requirements
Proven experience in Facilities management or related areas.
Knowledge of contract management, budgeting and payment control.
Experience in building maintenance, physical security and cleaning management.
Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with different departments.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related fields (preferred).
Certifications in Facilities Management, sustainability or ESG (preferred).
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and dashboards (preferred).
Previous experience in expansion or reconfiguration projects for corporate spaces (preferred).
