Serve as the primary contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers.
Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals.
Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory.
Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system.
Represent all product lines assigned on each mill visit.
Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls.
Develop and adhere to processes and workflows, as it relates to account success.
Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed and assist with implementing these processes.
Requirements
B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Science) with 3-5 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper, or combination of education and work experience, preferred.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CRM system experience, a plus.
Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred.
Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required.
Must be self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel
80% of time will be spent in the field.
