Role Overview
- Provides strategic and financial insights, supporting all business lines and support divisions
- Conducts financial analyses to identify risks and opportunities
- Develops KPIs and ensures accurate production of budgets and forecasts
- Monitors overall performance relative to plan
- Manages and directs budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborates with internal finance and external contacts
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline
- Completion of a recognized professional accounting designation
- 6-8 years progressive experience in financial analysis and accounting roles
- At least 5 years in a management/leadership role
- Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business intelligence experience
- SAP and Anaplan experience preferred
- Experience in a retail environment, multi-location operations, and managing remote relationships preferred
