Role Overview
- Support the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns, including POS, print, and branded materials.
- Work with clients and senior team members to help deliver production strategies, campaign execution, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist in managing supplier relationships, timelines, budgets, and delivery to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and other internal teams to align project goals with broader campaign objectives.
- Contribute ideas around cost-saving, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the wider production team in resolving issues, maintaining a calm and organised approach in fast-paced situations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in print/POS production, account coordination, or similar roles — ideally within a marketing, brand activation, or agency environment.
- Good understanding of project coordination and supporting delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, supplier coordination, and omnichannel marketing.
- Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and confident when working with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
- Technically literate and comfortable learning and using production systems and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a developing quality control mindset.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
