Role Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships
- Understand client objectives and industry dynamics to develop effective strategies that drive business growth
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Logistics) and external partners to meet project objectives
- Lead sustainability initiatives, achieving key metrics related to environmental impact
Requirements
- Experience in beauty industry and GWP (gift wirth purchase)
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing margins
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Collaborative and open to continuous learning
- Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
