Strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® and CFlex™ product lines.
Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations, including creative solutions to their problems.
Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
Generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
Forecast business potential to ensure sales pipeline supports achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Learn new industry and market information to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.
Engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years B2B outside sales experience
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
Must reside within territory, northern Los Angeles area preferred (Thousand Oaks, Burbank, etc.)
Required overnight travel is 3-5 nights/mo for day to day management of territory that includes northern Los Angeles to Monterey
Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed
