About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and manage scheduling for client appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
Update and maintain scheduling systems to reflect accurate availability and bookings.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and address changes.
Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize resource utilization.
Maintain accurate records of schedules and related communications.
Provide administrative support related to scheduling activities as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in scheduling or calendar management.
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
