About this role
Role Overview
Coaching and development of the team
Support, coach and develop a B2C sales team
Regularly attend client meetings as part of field coaching
Define, track and challenge individual and team sales targets
Conduct performance reviews and ensure skills development
Train and onboard new team members
Lead by example by actively participating in closing sales in the field
Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies that drive growth
Identify market opportunities and anticipate trends
Translate market analyses into concrete action plans for the team
Run effective sales campaigns and ensure their follow-up
Coordinate marketing activities: events, webinars, content, local initiatives, etc.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales files
Ensure efficient and high-quality lead distribution
Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction
Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement
Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Set ambitious and realistic goals for your team
Manage sales budgets effectively and responsibly
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2C sales role with team management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent coaching, leadership and motivational skills
Strong field presence and customer-facing orientation
Flexibility in working hours (e.g., occasional evenings or Saturday mornings)
Solid analytical skills and results orientation
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
