Pharmacist

Role Overview

• You serve as the pharmaceutical point of contact for our nursing service partners and patients.
• You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
• You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
• You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
• You monitor our patients' medication management together with your pharmacy team.
• You check incoming goods, liaise with our blister-packaging partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
• You support our customer support and logistics teams in further developing our processes on a daily basis.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in pharmacy and either have German Approbation (license to practice) or are about to receive it.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a community (officine) pharmacy.
• Experience working with nursing staff or with patient-specific blister packaging is an advantage.
• You enjoy and are interested in everyday pharmacy work (advising patients and caregivers, creating and maintaining medication plans, etc.).
• You are motivated to take on diverse and new (current) areas of responsibility and want to develop professionally and shape new topics independently.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and communicative team.
• You are fluent in German; English is a plus.
