Translate the vision into strategic direction for marine nature recovery
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure strategic clarity
Represent The Crown Estate in high-level external forums and build strategic partnerships
Oversee development of evidence bases and impact measurement frameworks

Significant experience in marine strategy, policy, or environmental governance at a senior level
Proven ability to lead strategy development and integration in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong understanding of UK marine policy, natural capital, and nature recovery frameworks
Experience influencing at Board/Executive level and representing organisations in high-profile external settings
Experience in strategic communications and thought leadership
Familiarity with innovative finance and investment models for nature recovery
Knowledge of The Crown Estate’s marine and enterprise strategies
