Coordinate and support project and program management activities across the ITDG Operations portfolio
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and portfolio status reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams
Coordinate across operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders supporting research systems, data governance, reporting, and enterprise operational initiatives
Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to support timely execution of operational and technical initiatives
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, briefings, and status updates to support leadership visibility and decision-making
Facilitate recurring meetings, document decisions and follow-up actions, and ensure coordination and accountability across stakeholders
Support operational oversight and reporting activities related to enterprise research technology operations and governance initiatives
Support implementation and improvement of operational processes, workflow coordination mechanisms, and reporting structures across the ITDG Operations portfolio
Translate complex technical and operational information into clear summaries and communications for executive and non-technical audiences
Support use and optimization of project management and operational tools including Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint, and related platforms
Identify operational gaps, execution risks, and opportunities for process improvement across interdependent workstreams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field
4+ years of experience supporting project management, program management, or operational coordination activities in a complex organization
Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting materials
Experience supporting operational or technical initiatives involving enterprise systems, reporting, governance, or data-related workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Experience synthesizing technical and operational information for executive leadership audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience using ServiceNow, Power BI, MS Project, or similar project and operational management platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
