Associate Director, Technology Solutions

Role Overview

• Support the Enrollment Horizontal at Humana by providing system ownership, leading technology teams, and ensuring effective delivery execution in alignment with proforma targets.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to implement technology solutions, drive project execution, and ensure processes and standards are consistently followed.
• Play a key role in delivery execution, monitoring progress against proforma, and maintaining compliance with technical and security standards.
• Manage and develop a team of technology professionals, encouraging innovation, accountability, and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field
• Progressive IT experience, including participation in large technology projects.
• Formal leadership experience leading associate teams of 3 or more individuals
• 2 + years of previous experience with vendor management and executing contract resources.
• 2+ years of demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, business case development, and proforma creation.
