About this role
Role Overview
Lead all sales and account management activities for Coca-Cola’s stills portfolio with HEB.
Responsible for annual business planning, sales execution, and fostering collaboration.
Utilize collaboration approaches to understand HEB’s business needs and develop tailored solutions.
Manage key aspects of the stills DSD portfolio business relationship and implement long-term plans.
Align Coca-Cola’s strategies with HEB’s growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level buyers at HEB.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
3–5 years of sales, marketing, or account management experience in a large consumer goods organization with increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven experience in complex selling.
Familiarity with the Bottle/Can DSD bottling distribution model.
Strong understanding of Coca-Cola systems and business development planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage the needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
Strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of the Coca-Cola system.
