Role Overview
- The Manager, Talent Acquisition manages the staffing/employment function and activities.
- Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
- Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
- Manages the resume tracking system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 years of work experience; 5 years of related experience is required.
