Work with the business partners to assess efficiencies and effectiveness of enterprise responsibilities, not just IT, to ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and then translate the information into product requirements for the development team.
Conduct comprehensive analysis to produce complex documents that clearly define quality assurance, testing criteria, prototypes and mock-ups, measure results in sufficient detail.
Identify and recommend information or technology or process solutions which have enterprise-wide applications.
Provide feedback to IT organization from business partners on how to improve IT services and operations.
Understand current and projected business results and how the operating plan impacts those results.
Analyze and oversee a wide variety of projects and activities of varying size and scope.

High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
Associate’s degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license
High School/GED and Two-year degrees require certification.
Must reside within North Carolina.
Preferred: Four (4) years of project management, business analyst, or other information analytics experience.
At least one (1) year of experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas.
Applicable certification(s) including MTA, MCSA (BI), Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, ITIL v3, or an equivalent certification will be accepted.
