Role Overview
- synthesize and maintain a single Hub roadmap across all squads
- drive the Hub’s operating rhythm, cadence design, and async-first writing culture
- prepare leadership and Board communications
- coordinate cross-squad product and operational decisions
- partner with the Hub lead on strategic questions
- support downstream hiring
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in roles requiring senior judgment under ambiguity
- experience operating across multiple teams or workstreams
- strong written-first operator
- excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing
- daily user of AI-augmented workflows
- comfortable acting as a senior IC peer and thought partner to other leads
- fluent in English, both written and spoken.
