This position is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, retention and re-engagement for TDSC.com across paid and organic channels.
Develop growth strategy and oversees paid and organic media channels.
Manage awareness, consideration, retention & re-engagement programs to drive business outcomes.
Partner with channel owners/agencies on setting the strategies, oversee channel program execution.
Recommend and pilot the execution of new paid, owned, and earned media channels and tactics to support profitable business growth.
Establish channel testing mindset within the business to enhance digital channel results while maintaining performance discipline.
Manage marketing budgets, reporting regularly on results, insights, and resource needs of marketing strategy.
Collaborate with forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement with Finance and Data teams.

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience
3 or more years of management experience
Deep expertise in digital channels: SEO, PPC, social, display, and email marketing
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Proven success leading omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance across the funnel.
HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform experience preferred.
