Define and drive enviolo’s global education strategy, aligned with our mission, vision, and annual commercial goals
Build and continuously evolve an industry-leading education ecosystem across internal teams, OEMs, retailers, and technical partners
Further develop and scale initiatives involed in integrating dealer training, OEM programs, trade shows, and internal education into one clear learning journey
Ensure strong and consistent product knowledge across all touchpoints
Capture insights and feedback from the field and feed them back into Product, Business Development, and Marketing to continuously improve our offering
Shape and execute global General Marketing and Retail Marketing strategies in a B2B environment
Build strong and lasting relationships with OEMs, retailers, press, and key industry partners
Ensure marketing, education, and customer experience tell one consistent, authentic enviolo story
Own the development of sales and partner enablement tools that help Business Development succeed
Lead the education and marketing contribution to quarterly Business Development, Retail Support, and Marketing summits
Lead, coach, and develop the Education and Marketing teams
Set clear priorities, goals, and KPIs that connect daily work to company impact
Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture where people feel ownership and pride in their work
Act as a trusted senior partner to the CCO and key stakeholders across the business
Own and manage global education and marketing budgets
Track impact through KPIs and commercial results
Continuously refine activities to ensure measurable value and sustainable growth.
Requirements
Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing, education, enablement, or similar roles in a B2B environment
Experience in the bicycle, e-mobility, or technical product industry is a strong advantage
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or German is a strong plus
Comfortable owning budgets, performance metrics, and commercial outcomes
Experience building or scaling education or training programs is a strong asset.
