Lead end-to-end delivery of C360 (MDM) solutions across Asia markets
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and data models for customer master data
Oversee implementation activities including configuration, data migration, and testing
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
Act as the primary SME for C360, providing guidance to regional and local teams
Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual deliverables and SLAs
Ensure compliance with Sun Life’s data governance, privacy, and security policies
Establish data quality metrics and monitoring frameworks for customer data
Identify opportunities to enhance C360 capabilities through emerging technologies and best practices
Drive adoption of data management standards and promote a data-driven culture across Asia

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Deep knowledge of Master Data Management platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration (ETL), and API-based architectures
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)
Proven track record in leading large-scale MDM implementations across multiple geographies
Strong vendor management and project governance skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams
