About this role
Role Overview
Support the design and delivery of digital and AI‑enabled solutions that help clients modernize their operations and achieve business goals
Work closely with senior product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Contribute to successful execution of digital transformation initiatives
Stay informed on emerging technologies and digital trends to support solution design and innovation
Assist in bridging communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders
Contribute to the design of digital and AI‑enabled solutions aligned with business objectives
Support development teams by helping clarify requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs
Analyze existing processes and technology environments to identify opportunities for improvement
Research and evaluate technology options for feasibility and alignment with project goals
Translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language
Assist in assessing the organizational and financial impacts of proposed solutions
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Help create solution design documentation and materials for development teams
Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story creation, and user acceptance testing
Participate in problem‑solving discussions and help identify dependencies or technical enablers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, SaaS tools, data concepts, or modern development practices
Coursework or certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or digital technologies
0–2+ years of experience in digital transformation, product support, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting client or stakeholder discussions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint‑based delivery
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
