ICS Analyst I

Role Overview

• Gather and document business requirements
• Provide research and analysis related to project deliverables or production issues
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Act as a liaison between business customers and IT

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in healthcare or insurance field with emphasis on Business Analysis including Healthcare EDI
• 2 years of experience communicating with diverse groups of people inside and outside of the business
• 2 years of experience triaging complex issues from member and/or providers or experience as a ICS Triage Analyst
• High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
