Role Overview
Provide user support at headquarters and remotely, including stores; handle support tickets within SLA; install and configure software; interact with and provide feedback to relevant departments.
Responsible for the delivery/support of IT services, ensuring the stability and availability of assets; responsible for the building's infrastructure (workstations/CPUs, peripherals, and mobile devices).
Ensure compliance with service requirements (SLA / service level) regarding the availability of infrastructure-related resources through on-site and remote support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress in IT or related areas.
Proactive profile, quick learner, ensures data quality and gains confidence to operate within well-defined processes.
Conceptual knowledge of ITAM, basic knowledge of related tools, and experience with routines for data control and organization.
