About this role
Role Overview
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text outreach with prospective clients.
Re-engage leads who have previously expressed interest in company services.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and next steps within the CRM.
Schedule appointments and meetings for company leadership.
Track lead pipeline activity and report on conversion opportunities.
Identify warm prospects and move them through the sales process.
Assist with investor and client communications.
Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.
Requirements
2+ years of sales support, customer success, business development, or client services experience.
Strong phone presence and professional communication skills.
Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling outbound calls and relationship-building conversations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-up sequences.
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Real estate, property management, or investor-relations experience (preferred).
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) (preferred).
Spanish language skills (preferred).
Chinese language skills (preferred).
Experience supporting small business owners or entrepreneurs (preferred).
