Responsible for strategic planning and the effective execution of marketing to develop Tencent Cloud’s B2B business in the local markets.
Implement strategic event marketing plans and align them with overall business objectives.
Organize local webinars, events, and exhibitions to promote Tencent Cloud's presence.
Proactively identify and pursue local partnership and sponsorship opportunities, engage with the community, and actively seek awards to enhance Tencent Cloud's business in the region.
Drive marketing leads generation efforts and ensure timely follow-up to maximize ROI.
Manage local social media pages to facilitate effective communication and engagement with the target audience, ensuring a strong online presence for Tencent Cloud.
Work hand in hand with the sales teams to craft a sales playbook that incorporates well-aligned strategies and resources for sales enablement.
Engage and work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to fully utilize global event marketing resources and consistent messages to nurture business growth.
Serve as the project lead for Tencent Cloud’s major global marketing events, coordinating end-to-end execution across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with global branding goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or its equivalents.
At least 5 years of B2B event marketing experience in the cloud or technology industry, with strong exposure to the local market landscape and ecosystem.
Proven track record in delivering impactful B2B event campaigns, with hands-on experience across ATL, BTL, digital, and performance marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language, written and spoken, to effectively manage global internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin would be a strong plus.
Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment; capable of building from the ground up.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with a strategic, sales-oriented mindset and the ability to multi-task and execute independently.
