Role Overview
- Develops, implements and assembles documentation of data to support on-going customer engagements.
- Defines short
- and long-term engagement priorities, create timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Works closely with business development teams, programs, and functional management to capture the voice of the customer.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive customer engagement roadmap that aligns with product strategy, goals, and tradeshows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
