Support sales leadership to drive expected weekly cadence for forecasting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression and closing deals
Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
Continually optimize our sales funnel through data, systems, strategy and process
including the sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health
Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure & resourcing and account assignments
Provide analytical thought leadership, creating meaningful business insights, implementing strategic operational priorities and developing and allocating key performance metrics
Lead annual planning activities, including revenue growth projections and headcount planning
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning
Requirements
10+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function supporting growth in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations to an executive-level audience
Track record in excellent process design and documentation, ideally including onboarding process optimization in regulated payments organizations
