7 years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of engineering leadership or technical management experience.
Strong experience with Python and modern application development frameworks.
Experience managing engineering projects from concept through deployment.
Experience with AI-enabled applications, LLMs, automation tools, or agentic systems.
Experience working within cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven ability to operate effectively in startup or high-growth environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with founders and executive leadership.
