Shape the insights that help Product & Operations leaders make clear, informed decisions
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support governance, executive reporting, and ad hoc analysis
Analyze headcount, financial, operational, and portfolio data to support executive decision-making
Develop clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and board-level audiences
Maintain tracking frameworks for portfolio health, resource allocation, and performance trends
Build repeatable reporting processes that provide consistency while allowing for timely updates and ad hoc analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify questions before analysis begins

5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations, or a related field
Experience supporting a product, operations, or finance organization preferred
Strong experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
AI-first mindset required (Claude and Codex usage preferred)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
