- Manages a team of Business Insights & Analytics specialists
- Works closely with various internal stakeholders/partners to understand business objectives
- Identifies data/information needs and opportunities for improvement
- Helps inform and support business decisions and strategies
- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent
- Leads and manages a sizeable team of Analyst professionals
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
- Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 5+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
- Familiarity with Federal Reserve Discount Window collateral pledging and FRB Pledging Guidelines
- Proven project management skills
- Strong process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate processes and procedures and recommend improvements
