About this role
Role Overview
Quickly get up to speed on new topics, be empathetic and communicative
Design and develop sales strategies
Plan and target lead sources
Manage, track, and process all leads in Pipedrive
Analyze the success of sales activities
Manage the complete sales funnel from first contact to closing (both online and on-site)
Prepare proposals and coordinate them closely with clients
Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Document all activities in Pipedrive
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification
Willing to support us for at least one year (the position is initially fixed-term, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire)
Valid Class B driving license
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
Independent, organized, and reliable
Flexible and committed
Confident presence, motivated, and enjoy presenting content
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
