Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team
Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors
Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support
Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
At least 5 years of people leadership and performance management experience
