Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for awards programmes, including email marketing, social media, website content, partnership activity, and promotional campaigns
Manage and maintain awards platforms and event systems, including setup, category management, automated communications, and reporting
Monitor entry numbers, campaign performance, audience engagement, and sales activity, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders
Work closely with editorial, sales, design teams, sponsors, judges, and external partners to support campaign objectives and event success
Oversee audience data management and segmentation to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted
Respond to entrant queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the awards process
Support shortlist announcements, ticket sales activity, and post-event communications
Proofread and coordinate event-related materials including scripts, programme guides, and promotional collateral
Requirements
Background in B2B events, media, or awards marketing
Strong organisational and project management skills
