About this role
Role Overview
Own and execute the company’s full marketing strategy across organic, paid, email, and content channels
Evaluate, optimise, or rebuild existing paid acquisition efforts
Develop scalable marketing systems aligned with business growth goals
Drive measurable improvements in MQLs, pipeline contribution, and channel performance
Lead LinkedIn organic growth and executive thought leadership initiatives
Build content strategies for the CEO, BDMs, and leadership team
Create and repurpose high-quality B2B content using AI tooling
Build and manage a scalable SEO content hub
Conduct keyword research and content planning across areas such as:
International Tax
R&D Tax Incentive
vCFO / Financial Advisory
Property Accounting
Manage content production workflows and on-page optimisation
Own HubSpot marketing operations end-to-end
Audit and segment the existing 42,000+ contact database
Build nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Improve lifecycle tracking, automation, and data hygiene
Use AI tools to accelerate content production, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency
Implement marketing automations using tools such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Midjourney or equivalent
Zapier
Make
n8n
Manage and orchestrate a freelance bench including:
Designers
Video editors
Paid media specialists
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing outputs
Deliver monthly reporting to Operations and the CEO
Track campaign performance, attribution, engagement, and pipeline metrics
Make data-driven recommendations for growth and optimisation
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in B2B marketing
Proven experience running or building a full marketing function independently
Strong HubSpot expertise including:
Workflows
Lists
Lifecycle stages
Reporting
Automation
Demonstrated experience with AI-powered marketing workflows and automation tools
Strong LinkedIn organic growth and executive branding experience
Solid SEO strategy and execution experience
Excellent written English with a polished, professional B2B communication style
Experience managing freelancers, vendors, or external specialists
Comfortable owning outcomes and presenting directly to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing professional services firms such as accounting, legal, consulting, fintech, or advisory businesses
Exposure to LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads management
Experience with video content or short-form social media production
Previous experience building or managing a small marketing team or pod
