About this role
Role Overview
Actively acquire new customers in the B2B sector
Independently build and develop a sales pipeline
Conduct initial meetings, needs analyses and proposal presentations
Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to contract closing
Establish long-term customer relationships
Advise companies on ISO management systems
Maintain and document sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition
Experience in consultative selling
Strong communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with decision-makers
Structured and independent working style
High self-motivation and a strong focus on closing deals
Experience with ISO standards or management systems is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills
