Business Development Manager

Role Overview

• Serve as the key leader and authority on Pole Barns Sales
• Work in close collaboration with Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, IT and other essential functions
• Develop and lead the activation of the Pole Barn Sales plan
• Own the financial performance of the Pole Barn business
• Create and implement the digital roadmap, manufacturing capabilities/needs and pricing/product positioning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building materials, construction products, post-frame construction, pole barns, metal roofing, or related industries
• Experience in business development, project management, estimating, inside sales, outside sales, operations, or vendor management
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction-related products
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and distribution networks preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Ability to travel up to 40%
