Lead the design and architecture of complex front-end components for Deepwatch’s cybersecurity platform, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
Mentor and coach other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with product management, UX/UI designers, and backend leaders to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and drive product roadmaps.
Establishing performance benchmarks and ensuring the UI adheres to strict accessibility (WCAG) and security best practices.
Drive Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, while advocating for improvements in developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay ahead of the curve on UI development trends and frameworks, recommending new technologies that drive business value.

7+ years of experience in front-end software engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
Expert proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
Proven experience in architecting large-scale applications and managing technical debt. Including, but not limited to:
Monitoring/logging utilities
Jest/React Testing Library
CI/CD-based test automation
Strong understanding of responsive design, browser internals, and web performance optimization. Including, but not limited to:
Client-side routing libraries
Global state management tools
Identity provider integration
Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL and designing data fetching strategies.
Familiarity with Git, collaborative development tools, and CI/CD workflows.
