Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.
Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.
Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Significant experience in account management or sales (typically 3+ years), with a proven ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision-making.
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply quality.
A strong understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors (experience in these areas is a significant plus).
Proficiency in project management tools and data applications; fluency in English is considered a strong advantage for collaborating with our global teams.
