Lead strategic customer engagements in HK and Taiwan.
Manage, mentor, and develop four Technical Sales Engineers.
Serve as primary enablement and training resource for Technical Sales managers across China.
Be the first point of escalation for complex technical and product issues.
Lead or support technically complex proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
Work closely with regional sales leader and Taiwan Country Manager.
Capture and communicate customer wins, field feedback, and technical gaps.

6–10 years in enterprise technology pre-sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or first-line management role.
Outstanding technical depth in data security, backup, data management, or secondary storage.
Natural coach and mentor.
Enablement and training instinct.
Strong escalation ownership.
Credible with senior stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred — fluency in English plus Mandarin.
Willingness to travel across HK, Taiwan, and mainland China.
