Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and technical roles;
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies;
- Source top talent using both conventional and creative channels;
- Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes across the company;
- Provide market insights and hiring data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced tech or FinTech environments;
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with sourcing tools/platforms;
- Proven success in recruiting across different geographies and departments;
- A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders;
- Genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse teams;
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
