Schedule maintenance and repair services for the workshop via phone calls or WhatsApp;
Prospect service work to ensure a steady flow of jobs for the workshop;
Welcome customers to the workshop, open Service Orders (S.O.), request credit authorization, and update customer records;
Review the vehicle's history to determine whether the work is preventive maintenance, repair, or warranty service;
Negotiate prices and deadlines, identifying required services as well as technical and safety campaigns;
Prepare estimates, schedule services, and conduct service prospecting;
Negotiate using technical and commercial arguments;
Provide support to Scania Assistance (Roadside Assistance), handling processes from opening Service Orders through negotiation to invoice issuance (NF).
Requirements
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Organizational and planning skills, with a strong sense of urgency;
