Onboard new clients and create customized workflows tailored to each clinic’s needs
Train new clients (clinics and dental teams) on the use of the DentalMonitoring (DM) solutions suite
Retain existing clients and help them expand their use of DM solutions so they can maximize the benefits of AI technology and the DM dashboard
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships so they continue to support the DentalMonitoring brand and use and advocate for DM solutions and products
Serve as the technical liaison between clients and the DM platform
Attend local trade shows and exhibitions
Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success managers and sales representatives to deliver the best possible onboarding experience for clients
Encourage doctors and dental clinic staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting transitional technologies
Provide on-site field support at clinics to train all staff and support the implementation of DM solutions (may account for up to 60% of working time)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics, or equivalent
Strong understanding of consultative/conceptual selling approaches
Solid experience in consulting, training and solution implementation
Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Good IT skills and a strong interest in new technologies
Diplomatic, with strong listening skills and empathy
Ability to influence clients and drive changes in their way of thinking
