Lead cost segregation projects of both purchased and constructed properties
Lead comprehensive depreciation lookback analysis projects
Lead Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projects

Exhibit proven leadership and project management skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment to meet and exceed client expectations
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Strong data management skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
Ability to mentor and develop staff and seniors, including on the job technical training and coaching
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Personal drive to develop self/others and provide leadership insight to the existing leadership team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering, MST (Master of Science in Taxation) is a plus (non-CPA must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture).
At least 4+ years experience in public accounting; strong preference for Big 4 or large regional firm experience.
Experience in the subject matter areas described above preferred.
CPA or PE credential required ( non-CPA must have or obtain one of the following credentials
Architect, Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Cost Estimator, or Enrolled Agent; American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals membership/certification).
