About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and lifecycle management for the assigned portfolio
- Build and deliver integrated brand plans grounded in deep market, customer, and competitive insights
- Partner closely with Sales to deliver against revenue targets and expand market share
- Generate actionable insights through rigorous market analysis, customer understanding, and competitor tracking
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with KOLs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years in marketing or strategy roles
- Experience in medical devices, particularly in neurovascular, is preferred
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering marketing impact
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
