About this role
Role Overview
- Contributing to all phases of SimCorp Dimension implementation projects with a focus on financial accounting solutions.
- Advising on workflows and processes in financial accounting and operations.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the client.
- Facilitating workshops to align solutions to requirements from clients.
- Leading workstreams covering all required tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimation.
- Mentoring, coaching, and helping colleagues to secure project deliveries.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in accounting for financial instruments.
- Knowledge of established accounting standard rules, such as IFRS 9 or local GAAP in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
- Hands-on experience with accounting of financial instruments and life-cycle events.
- Experience in middle-/back-office operations such as settlement, reconciliation, collateral management.
- Experience with working in projects, e.g. implementing and configuring software.
- Enthusiasm to learn and use new software.
- Very good communication and consulting skills.
- Fluency in German (at least B2) and English, both spoken and written.
