About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for up to 25 employees
Respond to questions related to customer service
Support process optimization, onboarding, and planning of training activities
Responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring qualitative and quantitative targets are met
Use of monitoring and reporting tools
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales or service, ideally with experience in a functional leadership role
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word)
