Role Overview
- Primary point of contact for up to 25 employees
- Respond to questions related to customer service
- Support process optimization, onboarding, and planning of training activities
- Responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring qualitative and quantitative targets are met
- Use of monitoring and reporting tools
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales or service, ideally with experience in a functional leadership role
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word)
