Role Overview
- Prospect new clients and develop commercial opportunities;
- Conduct in-person and online meetings to present solutions;
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations;
- Manage client portfolio and handle post-sales activities;
- Monitor targets, KPIs and the sales funnel;
- Update the CRM and keep negotiation records up to date;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial/sales roles;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile;
- Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship-building;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office;
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields.
