Role Overview
- Gain a thorough understanding of Adaptive software
- Translate and document client requirements into solutions and processes
- Lead projects with strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills
- Oversee multiple projects at once
- Ensure the implementation methodology is followed
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Client Managers
- Deliver consulting services as necessary
- Provide clients with regular written updates
- Offer technical support to clients when required
- Conduct and lead Armanino Academy live training courses
- Develop new processes and procedures for service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, consulting, or advisory roles
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Workday Adaptive and in CPM software implementations
- Workday Adaptive Planning First certification
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Excellent facilitation skills for gathering business requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
