Role Overview
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI)
- Develop AI-powered workflows using Automation Engine and Predictive Intelligence
- Integrate external AI/ML services
- Support AI governance and model quality processes
- Develop modules, workflows, catalog items, and custom applications
- Build UI components, Service Portal, Widgets
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Requirements
- Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, custom application development, integrations, and platform engineering
- Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scripting, UI Policies/Actions Flow Designer & Workflow expertise
- ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory) CAD Preferred Micro-certifications in AI, Integration, Flow Designer
